Dallmeier, a specialist in network based video surveillance systems for casinos, presented its CCTV/IP video surveillance solution for gambling halls at IMA 2008 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Dallmeier’s solutions are based on open system architecture and can therefore be integrated into existing systems and networks. Products are designed to be reliable, easy to use and can easily be extended.
Dallmeier’s IP surveillance solution features Cam_inPIX® technology to provide optimal picture quality, and comes with specific presets for gambling halls. High-performance is achieved through real-time split, with 16 x CVBS split possible.
Operators can view all gambling halls remotely via the Internet, even when on the move via a PDA or other mobile device.
The solutions are designed to be easy to service and maintain, with easy-change functionality in case of hard disk failure.
PRemote and DualStream technology provides different bit rates and frame rates for recording and transmission, depending on individual requirements.
Dallmeier demonstrated several products at IMA 2008 including H.264 real-time recorder DMS 240 “In Memory of Leonardo”, a real-time recorder with up to 24 video and audio inputs; and CasinoCams® with Cam_inPIX® technology which provides high quality images even in situations with a great range in contrast.
CasinoCams® are customised for use in gambling halls where slot machines produce different colours, dazzling, flashing and reflections.
