Multipix Intelligent Systems, which specialises in developing IP based security hardware and software for security applications, has released the Multipix MP-HH600 IP PTZ Camera.

MP-HH600 H.264 is designed to provide excellent HDTV performance.

It offers a 12x optical zoom combined with a 5 Megapixels CMOS sensor to give sharp images at 1080p resolution, at a range of up to 600 metres, in day and night conditions.

The IP66 rated outdoor heavy-duty PAN/TILT enclosure gives wide monitored coverage with 360 degrees pan and 100 degrees tilt.

Advanced H.264 compression means that 1080p HDTV video takes only 2Mbps and uses 10 times less storage space.
