Resolve Optics has developed its 230-000 series surveillance lens - a miniature, easily concealed lens which gives broadcast quality images.

The lens, which measures just 4.5 to 8.5 mm in diameter and 46.5 mm in length, now comes with a new camera mount adapter which enables it to be mounted on most remote head cameras.

The lens is conical in shape to facilitate covert installations. It uses high-quality micro optical elements to provide a wide field of view with minimal distortion.

The f / 5.6 surveillance lens provides high throughput across the spectral waveband 400-700 nm and produces clear sharp images (400 TV lines) with minimal distortion over a 74-degree field of view.

The miniature, high-performance lens gives excellent results even when placed behind a 1mm pinhole.
