Dedicated Micros has appointed Maxey Moverley CCTV Repairs as an Approved Service Centre.

Maxey Moverley will now provide manufacturer-accredited repairs on Dedicated Micro’s range of digital video recorders (DVR), advanced multiplex products, software and peripherals.

Maxey Moverley is already an accredited partner for several multinational CCTV and security equipment manufacturers, contributing to the company’s position as the UK’s leading independent repair specialist for CCTV and security equipment.

The company has 10,000 sq ft of repair workshops, and has the capacity to carry out 40,000 repairs per year, making it the largest facility of its type in the UK.

Maxey Moverley focuses on customer service with a quality management system accredited to ISO 9001:2000 and long-warranties on repairs. The company also provides guaranteed turnaround times and dedicated account management.

It has recently added a new online order tracking service.
