Story link: Intamac launches security products in Netherlands by Jan Harris

Intamac Systems Ltd, a Northampton-based specialist in Internet accessed monitoring and control, has entered into a partnership with WoonVeilig in the Netherlands, to launch new broadband home monitoring security products and services.

WoonVeilig’s solution allows consumers and small businesses to remotely monitor their home or business via the Internet and mobile phone.

The wireless security system features an IP camera for video surveillance, and Intamac web-based alarm monitoring and messaging services.

It offers alerts via text message, landline telephone and email, if events such as fire, flooding or intrusion take place.

The system is designed to be cost-effective and easy to install.

Robin Rietveld, CEO at WoonVeilig said: “With the help of these new technologies, we can empower our customers to feel more in control of their homes, giving valuable information directly to them and their family, friends & neighbours”.

Intamac and WoonVeilig plan to introduce a range of security services in the Netherlands, including environmental monitoring, care of the elderly, and home automation.
