Paqwork announces Mobotix IP security cameras

Story link: Paqwork announces Mobotix IP security cameras by Jan Harris

Paqworks has announced the release of next generation, intelligent, IP Security Cameras from Mobotix.

The M12 IP cameras, which are designed to provide high image quality, durability and functionality, feature an embedded Linux operating system.

Unlike traditional CCTV and network camera installations, no additional hardware is required. The M12 features on board image storage, user definable motion detection, exposure compensation, ftp server and email server straight out of the box.

The camera can store 2000 to 4000 images in its own internal memory and can also bridge potential network outages, without the loss of any data.

Operation is straightforward - simply plug in the Ethernet cable, type an IP address into a standard web browser and the camera is ready for use.
