Norbain SD Ltd, the electronic security equipment distributor, has announced the availability of a new range of IR cameras from Samsung Electronics.

The cameras are designed to provide clear, sharp images in both night and daytime conditions.

Samsung’s SCC range includes 350 and 540TVL bullet-type cameras and domes.

They feature in-built IR lighting and backlight compensation, ensuring high-quality images when used for applications with no lighting, and adopt a high sensitivity monitoring environment at 0 Lux.

The cameras are suitable for use in harsh environments and are designed to be vandal resistant. A IP-66 waterproof and dustproof casings provides protection from water and dust penetration.

A 3-axis gimble is provided, allowing the cameras to be installed on walls or slopes.
