Chubb develops CCTV system for jewellers

Chubb Electronic Security has developed a CCTV surveillance and recording system designed specifically for independent jewellers, who are particularly vulnerable because of the value of their stock.
The basic package includes a mini-dome camera, a 15-inch flat screen monitor and on-site digital recording for up to 31 days.
Off-site monitoring can be added to the package, including real-time response to any incidents by a third-party Remote Video Response Centre. This provides the security of knowing that help is at hand when needed.
A member of staff can simply press a panic button in the store, and remote operators will be able to view the incident and send appropriate assistance.
Remote monitoring can be integrated with existing burglar alarm systems, helping to verify if an alarm is genuine.
With the independent sector in mind, Chubb’s packaged solution is available to lease for just £6.00 per week.
