Intelligent video servers provider in the video surveillance and homeland security defence markets, Mango DSP, have announced that they are to partner with Affair System Telecommunications, who are distributors of innovative technologies for the Brazilian market.

Under the agreement Affair will distribute the Raven X2 and Raven M intelligent video servers, which allow for MPEG-4, H.264 and MJPEG encoding and PTZ control, in conjunction with advanced video analytics from leading vendors.

Intelligent video servers produced by Mango DSP convert standard analog video surveillance cameras into proactive surveillance devices, which deliver high performance video streaming as well as content analysis.

Mango DSP’s intelligent video servers will allow Affair System to distribute intelligent video solutions through advanced technologies.

Affair consider the Brazilian market to be on the verge of large scale growth, and that this partnership will assist them in consolidating their presence in Brazil, which is considered by the two companies to be the single biggest market for these products worldwide.

Affair System Telecommunications, details

Affair System Telecomunicacões Ltd, aka, AST, has its headquarters in the Brazilian city of São Paulo.

It is a full service distributor of audio and video monitoring systems for recording analog, digital, and VoIP telephony, video, as well as radio communications.

Its clients include, trading floors, government agencies and law enforcement agencies.

The company has been in operation for nearly 25 years. They employ 65 technicians as well as sales and support staff, throughout Brazil

Mango DSP, details

Mango DSP is a developer and manufacturer of advanced video solutions in the CCTV, defence and homeland security markets.

The company is based in Jerusalem and also has offices in America.

It specialises in high-end video servers and IVS software which provides the security industry with a common platform for analytics and security management systems.
