Middle East target for DynaPel’s video surveillance systems

Story link: Middle East target for DynaPel’s video surveillance systems by Lin Freestone

DynaPel Systems, a leading US developer of digital video analytics appliances, smart cameras and networked digital video recorders, is targeteting the fast-growing Middle East security sector and expanding its dealership network in the region and North Africa.

In order to meet this potential market and establish a network of certified dealers, DynaPel has shown its security products at Intersec, the largest security exhibition in the Middle East.

The Middle East region has witnessed an increasing demand of surveillance and security systems in recent years due to the development of major economics and the growing importance of domestic security.

DynaPel has more than 235 dealers in the US. It also has a large presence in the UK and has conducted more than 30 systems pilots in the Middle East region.

It has been forecast that global video surveillance camera revenue will grow to more than $9bn by 2011, up from $4.9bn in 2006.
