Bewator launches high performance camera systems

Story link: Bewator launches high performance camera systems by Jan Harris

Bewator has launched a new range of high resolution colour auto focus cameras which can produce high-quality pictures in poor lighting conditions.

The new range includes models for both indoor and outdoor applications, with options for day-night and low and mains powered use.

The cameras are easy to install, with an all in one lens-camera-housing-bracket. The zoom lens is already connected and back focused.

In the outdoor models the camera lens is encased in an IP66 approved watertight housing which includes an internal heater, providing a high level of protection.

The CCAS1415 models are suitable for day-night applications, providing optimal picture quality in any daylight conditions. The cameras give crisp monochrome images at night when used with infrared lighting.

The system switches from day to night mode automatically at a set light level.

The system is easy to programme via a logical, on-screen display (OSD) function. Programming can be done either through the camera’s OSD or remotely via an integrated RS485 interface.
