Neugent Technologies Inc is launching the innovative NX-5000 series of Network Video Servers.
The NX-5000 Series converts analog video into IP-MPEG4 streams and transmits the video images to remote clients over an IP network, such as a LAN, intranet or Internet.
This allows live images from existing analog CCTV cameras to be viewed with any standard web browser, on any local or remote computer on a network or via the company’s Remote Client Vumax video management software.
The NX-5000 Video Servers provide dual core MPEG4 encoding, which means that images can be streamed simultaneously to multiple devices, such as a phone and pc.
The video servers provide real-time DVD-quality live display, crystal clear streaming audio, and PTZ control via RS-232.
Other features include e-mail notification upon alarm and sensor and relay integration, remote firmware upgrade, remote monitoring via mobile phone and HTTPS and IP address filtering.
The NX-5000 Video Servers are ideal for school video surveillance, traffic monitoring, tourist spot surveillance and production lines and factory monitoring.
