CCTV distributor Videcon has announced the Concept Pro VCP701/IRH - a day/night zoom camera in a weatherproof housing with integrated IR LEDs.

The VCP701/IRH features a 30 x optical zoom lens. Its two integrated IR LED lamps enable images to be captured at a range of 50 metres in light levels as low as 0.00 lux (IR LED on).

The camera is designed to be quick and easy to install and comes with a fixing plate and cable managed bracket.

The VCP701/IRH has an RS-485 controller interface and can be easily integrated with other control equipment such as telemetry keyboards and PTZ enabled DVRs.

Concept Pro VCP701/IRH is ideal for external, long range applications including car parks and town centres.

The camera’s set-up functions and positioning of the zoom lens can be controlled with an IR remote controller such as the VCP-WLESS.
