Acam Technology Launches CCTV Vehicle Reversing Kits

Story link: Acam Technology Launches CCTV Vehicle Reversing Kits by Jan Harris

Acam Technology has launched two vehicle reversing kits which can help drivers reverse their vehicles easily and safely.

The easy to install kits include a cab-based monitor linked to a heavy-duty waterproof camera. The system is automatically activated when the driver selects reverse gear.

The TAM-662 kit comprises a 5.5-inch CRT mono high definition monitor and a camera with audio and infra-red LEDs in a sealed aluminium housing, while the TAM-5 kit consists of a 5-inch, high definition flat screen colour monitor with high brightness and contrast and a wide viewing angle.

Both kits include a bracket, sunshield, extension cable, connectors and fitting instructions.

Monitor views can be set to provide a mirror image output. This acts like a rear view mirror to assist the driver with vehicle operation and manoeuvres. Free technical support is also available.
