CCTV Drones monitor Merseyside from the sky
Story link: CCTV Drones monitor Merseyside from the sky by Jan Harris

Merseyside police are to use remote-controlled CCTV drones, which look like model helicopters, to monitor events such as football matches and trouble spots from the sky.
Police will take delivery of the drones shortly and hope to start using them by the summer.
The unmanned devices will be able to hover over trouble spots, record high quality images and land almost anywhere.
Merseyside Police will be the first force to use the drone which is being tested in specific locations before being rolled out across Merseyside.
