Story link: Maxey Moverley launches online CCTV repair tracking service by Jan Harris

Maxey Moverley of Redditch, an independent provider of CCTV repair services, has launched a new online order tracking service for customers.

With the launch of the new service, customers can now view twice-daily updates on their CCTV repair and refurbishment orders, on Maxey Moverley’s website.

According to the company’s managing director, Mr Andrew Beckett, the easy-to-use service is designed to help its customers meet the rigorous demands of end-users.

It extends Maxey Moverley’s repair management system, improving the ability of customers to manage the repair workflow within their own businesses, and to monitor Maxey Moverley’s own performance.

The company believes that it now provides the UK’s most customer-focused CCTV repair and refurbishment service.

Maxey Moverley provides repair and refurbishment services for equipment produced by a wide range of manufacturers including Ademco, Baxall, Bosch, Dedicated Micros, Dennard, Dallmeier, Honeywell, JVC, Panasonic, Pelco, Philips, Sanyo, Sensormatic, Sony, Ultrak and Vista.
