Vista releases new PowerDome2 range

Story link: Vista releases new PowerDome2 range by Jan Harris

Vista’s new PowerDome2 range of high speed domes is now available from Norbain SD Ltd.

The PowerDome2 range includes internal and external high speed domes, external vandal resistant domes and static domes.

The cameras feature a newly designed pendent and ceiling housings which allows all connections to be made internally for ease of installation. Available options include a 22:1 colour, 18:1 day/night, 26:1 day/night and 23:1 day/night with WDR.

The range is designed to be vandal resistant with a cast aluminium housing fitted with a dust and water tight polycarbonate bubble.

Cost-saving opportunities are provided by a static surveillance option, which has an identical casing to the fully functional cameras.

Coaxial FSK control is provided will all but the static option, allowing the cameras to be controlled over existing cable runs without the need for extra cabling.

On-board video amplification allows for cable runs exceeding 500 meters of RG59 with full telemetry control.

Both camera yoke and back-box memory are included, allowing either yoke or housing to be swapped out and automatically reprogrammed with different camera settings.
