Videoswitch to demo DVR innovations at IFSEC

Story link: Videoswitch to demo DVR innovations at IFSEC by Jan Harris

Videoswitch is planning to demonstrate new innovations in DVRs at IFSEC 2007, the security industry exhibition which is to be held at the Birmingham NEC in May.

The company, which is the leading UK manufacturer of DVRs, has a strong reputation for building user friendly and reliable models with built-in DVD/CD writers and removable hard drives.

Videoswitch plans to announce new innovations at IFSEC, which will work in conjunction with two or more Vi series DVRs, providing a sophisticated video recording solution.

The company’s new Vi-Map mapping software provides an easy to use, graphical user interface for controlling any number of local and remote DVRs.

Its built-in matrix capability provides significant cost savings as it eliminates the need to provide a separate piece of hardware to control which cameras are viewed or recorded.

The company also plans to demo new additions to the DVR range.
