IndigoVision, who are suppliers of IP Security Management Systems, have recorded a good set of returns for the financial year ended in July.
The company has reaped rewards from heavy investment in new products and a big sales push.
One of their highlights was the launch of a new selection of High-Definition (HD) IP cameras, which are reasonably priced low bandwidth devices.
They have also ventured into new sales areas including Dubai, USA, France, Germany, China, India and Mexico.
They have made several large scale sales to retailers including IKEA worldwide and John Lewis department stores in the UK.
Another good area for the company has been law enforcement sales around the world.
City monitoring is growing all around the globe and this too has proved to be a good area for the company with nearly 20 cities using their equipment, in areas as far apart as South Africa, Hong Kong and South America.
The year’s high profile sale for the company was for equipment used for the Olympic Games in China.
Another high profile job was the use of the company’s 10000 HD IP camera range across the entire US-Canadian border.
Sales in the US are up by over 50%, EMEA sales up 45%, worldwide revenue has jumped by 37% which equals £18.4 million, and profits on that turnover were £2.05m.
