Business Insight³ is the brainchild of Glen Higson, a former Managing Director of DVR manufacturer Dowshu Electronics Innovation.

The Preston-based company combines new technologies with existing CCTV technologies to produce ‘Insight Management Reports’.

These reports cover topics such as Customer Behaviour, and Health and Safegy, and the findings are supported with video evidence.

Other areas covered include Sales Conversion Rates, Advertising Effectiveness, and Staffing Efficiencies, all of which can help managers make informed business decisions.

Glen Higson said: “We have put together a sophisticated system to do all the number crunching, the result is a short report with detailed usable business information.
