Baxall ZR3/4M Reciever boards

Hi, I would like to know if anyone knows anything about Baxall ZR3/4M Reciever boards. I have been tasked with trying to remove or reset the presets on a number of cameras. The systems i am working on no longer have any preset functionality and hense i need to try and do this at the reciever board itself. Is there any way that you can restore the default settings by removing the daughter board from the ZR3 or an NVM from the ZR4?? Or can it be done using only the dip switch settings on the pcb itself??

Can anyone shed any light on the subject as its getting rather desperate and i have only been given 2 weeks from today to resolve the issue.
