Default external pan and tilt cctv

I am looking at updating my home security as the system I have at the moment is old and only covers a small area and leaves a lot of blind spots. what I would like if at all possible is:

[1] A camera that would detect a moving object and then track this object until out of range or to a predetermined distance and then return to home position.

[2] Also to operate it manually if the need occurres.

[3] I would like to put in auto so it just records during the night when movement is detected.

[4] Have a time and date stamp.

I am OK at DIY but my knowledge of HI-Tec is very limited would this take much setting up or would it be a job for a professional.

The camera I have been looking at is the CONCEPT PRO VHSD-810EXT but I am not sure if this covers my requirements or if there is anything cheaper on the market, Could you please advise any input would be Greatly Appreciated.

Yes Iain as the camera will only be used when movement is detected during the night I was thinking of a 120 or 160 gig HDD which I think would be sufficient. It is the camera I am having trouble with.
Where I live there is a wall 5mts from the front of the bungalow which runs about 9mts long. The camera I have at the moment apart from being old only covers about 3.5mts of the wall leaving the rest completely unprotected. What I think is needed is something that would have three or four PIR and when a signal is detected in any one of these zones would move the camera to any of the three or four positions. I don’t know if the PIRs would be in the hard drive, a separate PIR or even with the camera itself. I am completely lost with the technology and the descriptions do not seen to be written for the layman to understand. I would be grateful of any further feedback.
