Post Please Help Me Choose Quality Camera & Dvr (Urgent)

Hello folks

Let me start by saying, i don't have a great deal of knowledge about cctv, so any help & advice you kind folks can provide, will be much appreciated.

I have been experiencing some vandalism recently at night, local yobs damaging my car. even tho it is parked in the drive, in my garden!

I need your advice on what make/type of infrared (night vision) camera i should buy? I am looking to spend upto £120 just on the camera

I contacted a company callled (Iview) earlier on today & this is what they reccomended to me

Avtech cctv/night vision/camera
night vision upto 15m, 3.6mm, internal or external, (0 lux)

Avtech cctv/dvr
4ch dvr,mpeg,4 triplex

Seagate hardrive
Hd sv35/250gb 3.5" ide 7200rpm

Can someone please let me know if this is a quality camera & dvr or am i better off looking elsewhere???

I am looking to spend atleast £400 for 1 camera & a dvr, but don't want to invest in garbage products, would appreciate it, if you can reccomend me a quality cam & dvr in that price range!

Thankyou guys

The Panasonic BB-HCM527 or BB-HCM581 network cameras have good night vision and optical zoom.
The Panasonic BL-C131 or BL-C111 network cameras have better price but without the optical zoom.

Depending upon the area to be monitored (and price range) one of these should be a good fit.

Details on their features are here

Recordings can be done with the TenM3 Internet service, www.tenm3.com

TenM3 records over the Internet, so other than the camera no other equipment is needed at the location. For more info on Recordings check the Blogs and 'cameras' page at the TenM3 site, especially http://www.tenm3.com:8081/blogs/?p=176

The service is very simple to use and reliable.
