My husband and I are in a disopute with our local authority and have videoed 2 meetings we had with them in our own home. They admit to lying and one council employee is aggressive with me and loses his temper.
Can we use this as evidence to council officials? |

You should be able to.....the video will definetly be admissable as long as it is recorded on a watermark enabled DVR recorder.... The sound recording may be treated seperately however as it may be hard to prove it was not dubbed in over the video. |
