Default Samsung SVR440 port forwarding on BT Home Hub

Hi guys,

My first post here, and hopefully not my last.

If anyone needs advice on ACT access control systems, please let me know as i work for them in the UK

MY PROBLEM
I have recently installed a Samsung SVR440, and i am trying to get it up to view it remotely. I have already set up my account with samsung Ipolis, and have entered the settings into the DVR. But i just want to make sure i have set up my BT Home Hub v2.0 router correctly. i have set up port forwarding. But when i visit the samsung web site, it stil cant see the MAC address of the SVR.

Is there such a thing as an idiots guide, just incase i am missing something, as i have followed the manual to the letter.

I will be eternally grateful for any useful advice.

regards

Rich
