Hi guys,
My first post here, and hopefully not my last. If anyone needs advice on ACT access control systems, please let me know as i work for them in the UK MY PROBLEM I have recently installed a Samsung SVR440, and i am trying to get it up to view it remotely. I have already set up my account with samsung Ipolis, and have entered the settings into the DVR. But i just want to make sure i have set up my BT Home Hub v2.0 router correctly. i have set up port forwarding. But when i visit the samsung web site, it stil cant see the MAC address of the SVR. Is there such a thing as an idiots guide, just incase i am missing something, as i have followed the manual to the letter. I will be eternally grateful for any useful advice. regards Rich |
