Hello Woddy,

I would recommend an Total re boot and then buy or add Extra power supply from something like extra battery.

Total System boot should put it back to Factory Settings so it be an about 1hour setting all dates and cameras and connections all back up just like you just fitted everything.

Hi there, the reason you have a sound (buzzer) coming from the dvr is that its reporting 'video loss' (so people know if cables have been cut) i'm guessing the power supply thats feeding your camera's may of blown a fuse, or been surged, The problem with having batteries Chris is that they can keep the power going out to the camera's (12 Volt) i'm asuming, but they wont power the Dvr or Monitor! I'd do as chriss has said, remove all power from the psu and dvr, then reboot them both and all should revert back to factory settings, then re-program the whole system and you should be ok! If not give us a shout and i'll see what else i can do, regards Iain
