Safe-Core - contact details/spare remote control

Hi
I have a Safe-Core 4 channel kit with a 7" monitor and built in DVR bought from auction.
There's no model number or anything on the unit or box.
(I think they sold them at Costco as the auctioneers sell off a large amount of Costco goods).
Problem is there's no remote control with it.
I've tried to find the company on-line but no luck.
I'm trying to find a remote control for this or someone that has one that I can copy.
Wondered if anyone could help?

I tracked the company down to Panacom in Tawain.
Panacom Technology Corporation-- The Leading DVR Designer and Manufacturer

They were extremely helpful and sent me a remote control for free!!

Also emailed me full instruction manual and advice

I can't fault their after sales service and would recommend their products on this basis alone.
