lost password concept pro

Hi everyone, first post but an important one.
Got a concept pro vmx4-8 / 160g dvr linked to 3 anti vandal domes, but i can't remember the password. Do I av to get in touch with videcon to get it reset or is their a quick fix i.e disconnecting the power and battery back up and hoping it resets or is it a jumper on the board that needs moving etc
