Angry Cctv

HELP please

A neighbour has cctv pointing at my back garden, from his bedroom window, it is not being used to observe his garden, because his garden is covered by a very large tent.
Is he allowed to do this, if not what should i do!

Call the police, he is in breach of the law, and can be prosecuted !

i recently watch a program on BBC2 check bbciplayer - where the same thing was happening and they were NOT breaching any laws! if the neigbour has made a complaint about you to say eviroment services then he can justifie that it is there to monitor your behaveour!!!! i suggest you have a private word with the neigbour to sort the problem out

If you make complaint then the first likely outcome is that your neighbour will be asked to remove the camera or reposition it.
