Make and Model Unknown!

Hi all, this is my first post so I hope I have the correct forum.

I'm not a CCTV professional, more a techy/gadget guy. A friend has recently acquired a restaurant and found an unplugged CCTV control unit. He has asked me to hook this up with 3 existing cameras. However, the control unit does not have any markings indicating make or model or serial. This would be handy as there is no manual.

I am hoping someone out there can help me!
I also have close-ups of the front and rear. (Two images at base of this message - I hope!)

For clarity, the buttons are marked as follows:
