Default dvr fault

hi guys im a newby iv got a dvr 4channel i have used it for 12months with no problems now i have a fault with it ..it says power error detected on start up when i rebooted it i changed leads and hdd but still no joy unknown make and model sorry it dont say it antwere plz help

Can you not take it back to where you purchased it from? If not........ Im guessing its time for a new DVR
