CCTV VoIP

Hope you are well,

I am fairy new to the CCTV industry and i was wondering where i could get a cheap DVR that i could remotely access. Also are there DVRs which allow VoIP.

Well basically i have a motor scrap yard and i have recently had some break ins. So i have set up some CCTV cameras (dummies) around the yard but i want to be able to access these over the internet. Also if there was anyone in my yard that should not be there, i would like to tell them to Get off my yard.

Can i do this? How? would i be able to do this at a budget? where can i get cheap dvr + voip, cameras etc..
