security tools for xp windows

I am working with xp windows and i never remember my password so i started to look for a program which prevents access to unauthorized users and i found a new program called "palcott".
This program is supposed to block the entree to winodws xp for people who have no authorization to my windows.The system is simple,everytime i log in to windows it requires my diskonkey.
Can someone check out www.palcott.com and tell me his opinion about the performance of this program!!!
