I have a four channel DVR I'm planning to connect to a nightvision camera in my hut which is already on a 1.2 GHz receiver. Will it be fine to run that alongside my 2.4 GHz receiver? I'm planning to run both on my DVR card.

1.2GHz and 2.4GHz products should run concurrently without any major problems. One thing to remember when recording wireless camera using a DVRs motion detection facility is that wireless camera signals will, from time to time, drop out for a host of different reasons - at this point your DVR may construe this as movement within the image and so (if set to motion detect recording) begin to record.
