It just makes sense to me ...your wallet is in a pocket where you can feel it, and button or zip to prevent entry. I don't know how many times I've seen a woman put her handbag on a counter when paying for something and just leaving it vunerable.

No I know for an fact NHS and Police in Scotland are supplier by an American company which is not yours
