I have had these for ebay quite a bit lately. But I have so far never had any for Paypal. I can see if people don't know about these really getting themselves in a world of hurt. They do look legitimate. At least the ebay ones do.

Yes I get alot of paypal ones as well anything I am not sure about I send to spoof@paypal.com and they usually will get right back to you and let you know. I also recieve them for ebay but what I like about ebay is they have the messege center when you log in and if it is not in the messege center then I delete it asap.

Remember that paypal never ask for password and they adddress you by your firast name, last name or business name. If you get a email from paypal addressing as dear paypal user......,it may be a spam.

I recieved this email letter asking for my information so they could verify it. They told me they suspected someone was trying to fraudulantly use my account. I became suspicious so I sent and email to paypal. They told me it was a fraud and had me send them a copy of the email I recieved. You really have to be careful of things like that and watch who you give your private information to. Always check them out...better safe than sorry.
