When I originally research capsicum spray, I ran across that too. It's an interesting product and at the very least, the clothing of your problem person is really mussed up! Talk your way out of that look.

Never heard of it in the states. Is mace not legal? I always thought it was!

As with just about anything else in the states. Some places allow Mace and others don't. Some only allow a person to buy from a dealer in that state or use watereds down versions.
