Are all politician corrupt?

Having worked on political advertising, I understand why they are doing them ...it's a close election year ...and while you usually do some negative ads just in case you need them, you usually don't air them. To me, it just shows how desperate the situation is. But, I think some of them are turning people off completely and there may be a lot fewer people even going to the polls.

That is exactly what I am afraid is going to happen. I have already heard comments that people are not going to vote this year because they are just sick and tired of the whole election controversies this year. Me I may be sick of it but you can bet I will cast my vote. I just hope that I am picking the right ones.

Exercising your right to vote is the most important part of it all. Sometimes, the choice isn't more than the lesser of two evils but you have to do it.

I have gotten to the point I try to figure out which one is going to do the least amount of damage to the country, then I vote for that one.

I just want to vote for a party that will spend taxes that I pay in, on things that I find important, quality of life issues within our own borders.

That is what is so sad in a nutshell that people have to pick a candidate that will do the least amount of damage but you are right that is alot of the way that people look at it.

The question is are they all corrupt. I won't say they all are, just the majority.

yeah, they're all corrupt. they have no other option. they do have to get their 'return on investment', as I like to put it. they spend tons of money on elections, or their sponsors do. and they'd have to return favors afterward..

Since the birth of politic this has been the case so it will never be eradicated - ultimately money equals power.
