Anti Virus Software

What anti-virus software are you using? We have 3 PCs two we use Norton for the two. We use Mcafee for the other one. Norton Virus really works well for me. It has lots of things to offer, Parental Control, and the Security is really strict. I remember I cannot connect online and could not open a website because, Norton has prohibited my access. All in all I give it a 4 star of rating.

I'm using McAfee - wouldn't use Norton again after a bad experience with it a few years ago.

I use norton internet security and love it, I on the other hand had a bad experience with macafee, but all in all I do think they are both good programs.

Norton has a lot of issues. I'm glad you've had a good experience, but I'd never use it. I use Avast! which is free for home users and of great quality.

I am using norton antivirus software. I have heard that norton can not kill trojans. Is it true?

I like Kapersky myself.
Some trojans now Disable Norton and McAfee so its better to go with something less standard.

That is what I have found that Norton doesn't catch some of the trojans. I didn't realize that it was disabling the software.

I've used Norton for about 5 years, and I have never had a problem yet. From your reports, however, it sounds as if i've just been lucky.
