To keep the data always updated is a big challenge in itself. So even if they try their best there will be chance of data being not up to date. At the same time we have to understand that we at least have the option to know about someone. We can always cross check the result.

My place of employment does pretty extensive background checks on all prospective hires. It can help set off some "red flags" in the hiring process.

Doing background checks are a must. As you have said, during these checks so many things come out.

Yes I can think of may instances when I might want to do a background check on someone. It would be for my safety or that of my family.

Are there any free services? I mean really...it can be a hassle for some people to pay so much just for a background check...

I live in Scotland and there We have an department of Scottish Government where you pay and you get an letter and it explains what on your PNC (Police national Computer) which as every offence you have ever done.

HelloI want to set my Photo as avatar. But I have some problems when try to upload my photo.Some times it does not upload. Or when I upload the photo, it has some deformation.What should I do to fix that?Thank you
