Default The importantce of home security

How important is your home security to you? It all depends on your personal situation, here's someone who might inspire you..;

When we first moved into this house about twelve years ago, my parents had a full security system installed, complete with control panels, sirens, motion sensors, and sensors an all the doors and windows… the whole works. We used it for a couple of years, but stopped after awhile.

I do beileve it depends upon our situation. If your life is threatened by someone, It is best to have home security system. If you feel safe and secured, I don't think there's a need for it. Maybe if I'm filthy rich and I'm always scared of being robbed and stuff like that, I will definitely have home security, Plus I would need a panic room just in case. How come you stopped using your home-security system?

I think that there is a point if you do not feel threatened than you may put it off, I live in a very secure neibor hood and if there is crime here it is very rare, but I do have a pure breed Akita and she goes along ways in protecting the house , but I am also looking into a monitor system from when we are away from work because you never know.

I live in a reasonably secure neighborhood but I'd like to have a security system, I think. It wouldn't be that difficult to break into our house and I think I'd just feel better if I had one. I'm just not sure how good these systems really are and if the expense is justified.

That's my problem with getting one is the exspense. They are not cheap. I am just glad that I live in a fairly safe neighborhood. Hopefully it stays that way in the future. But yes, if I felt threatened I would definently get one.

I guess a cheaper home security system that may require more tweaks is...a dog. People with a dog are much less likely to get robbed
