We each open one package on Christmas Eve. We have Christmas dinner with my mom. We also like to read Christmas stories and sing. On Christmas morning, we read Luke 2.

One of the things many of us like to do, even though none of us are Catholic, is go to midnight mass on Christmas Eve. There is one parish here that does the old Latin mass, complete with the incense and the whole shebang. It is lovely and very inspiring.

I have never been to a mass. I would be unsure of what i am supposed to do. I would do it though, just for the experience.

Well I wouldn't and hope that this doesn't become a tradition. But we joke that it might. Christmas morning my youngest go so excited that he knocked over the tree and broke the base. We now say this just might become a new tradition in our family. Needless to say we had to take down the tree Christmas morning.

My family goes on a skiing trip right after Christmas, and I like that very much. I also like eating dinner on Christmas Eve with my family.

Whoa that's unfortunate...how old are you? My favourite tradition is going Disney World or Six Flags every Summer...new rides each time...

When I'm able to visit on Christmas, my parents and I still play "Santa" for each other, sneaking out of our rooms in the middle of the night to set the presents out so it looks like they've all just magically appeared on Christmas morning.

The years I can't spend Christmas with my parents, I really miss this tradition.
