Excellent advice. So many people carry cell phones now, I'd be particularly suspicious of someone who said they were broken down on the road and not one person with a cell phone had offered to help them before they made their way to my second-story flat.

Yes I agree that this is very good advice. It seems that sometimes these people look for elderly and other people who might let them in.
