Simple Set Up With Web Cam and PC Has Worked a Few Times

I have practiced using a web cam and pc with my window at the back of the house. There is a motion flood light out there and everything lights up nicely and the webcam picked up a great deal of what was going on. This was only for testing purposes though. I am not actually using any surveilance cameras at the moment. Just thought I would mention something simple that I have tried.

Did you use any sotware for the setup?

You can use a great set software called Active Webcam which what i use for home
