That IS the problem in the U.S. ...I always have to laugh a little when they have those gun hand in campaigns where you turn in your handgun with no reprecussions. How many illegal handguns are criminals going to turn in? It's always the guy with a conscience not the bad guy!

The right to bear arms certainly is still there, and I don't think it will be cancelled out either. It's the criminals who are the most problem and unfortunately, for all of us, they'd be carrying them whether or not it was in the Constitution!

I don't own a gun, wouldn't own a gun and wouldn't carry one. I think using a gun requires a great deal of expertise and experience and I wouldn't use one if I didn't have the qualifications. To me, the advantage of having a gun doesn't justify the amount of training and practice I'd have to have to use it.

Don't buy one unless you intend to get instructions and practice on how to use whatever you buy. Alot of people make that mistake and it can be a fatal one. Most stores offer those services so take them up on it!

I don't carry a gun, I am very scared of them and I don't think it would bennifet me if I had to use, they would proabally turn and use it on me. So I stick with pepper spray, because I know I can use it.
