Long Distance Surveillance

Hello, I have a bit of a situation where a relative (elder) has been basically getting conned out of her money and does not seem to realize she won't get it back. It's to the point now where the person avoids myself and everyone else and only speaks to her when she is alone. (Most of the time at her house...)

We are worried for her and are looking into some sort of surveillance so that we know when he is visiting her to prevent him from getting any more. We are looking for some sort of camera to place towards her front door (outside) that can see during night & day, also a way to transmit it probably about 1000 feet to out house.

We don't know much about security systems and surveillance so if someone could give us a list of things we'd need, that'd help me a lot.

I need basically everything, a small monitor, device to store the feeds onto, camera, and anything else to be able to receive the signal at such a distance. (Wireless)

In this particular situation audio may be a good idea as well so we can maybe build a case against the guy and take them to court.

I am not looking to spend a lot of money into this but I know it will probably cost a bit... If you could list a few products, what they do, why you suggested that particular product, and where they can be purchased (Online); that'd be great.

I know this is a lot of information and research I'm asking from you guys but it'd be greatly appreciated... I probably will no sleep tonight and will be up researching it myself as well.
