Baxall Pyramid

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can locate any Baxall Pyramid dc receiver cards and network cards?

I believe Baxall are no more (new Baxall kit now being sold by Ded Micros)

I'm also wanting an installer card for Pyramid 2 desk.

Are Ded Micros not selling the old Baxall inventory??
