Certainly there should be something available for your specific requirements - glare issues with night cameras are certainly a standard hazard with any CCTV system, so I figure any decent distributor should be able to help.
You could always try somewhere like Pakatak: Pakatak Security & Surveillance Products if you're located in the UK. If you're outside of the UK, I'll see if I can get some recommendations. |

If the camera's are facing through the door way as ilistrated then obv they dont see anything other than the truck when its in the bay, why not change the camera angles so they are looking along the loading bay not at it??

In addition to cameras with Backlight Compensation, you may wish to try using an autoiris lens (if camera will accept one). The autoiris lens functions much the same your eye does, and prevents too much light from entering the camera. This will also help your situation.
